Small group strength training classes with a max of 3 participants. Classes are 45 minutes and are designed to build functional strength and lean muscle with a cardio finisher. Workouts can be modified in intensity and weight for all fitness levels.
Pricing is available in single class, 5 class, and 10 class packs or by restarting a Training membership. If you would like to restart your membership email us at email@example.com.
