MEMBERSHIP POLICIES
All memberships are month-to-month and may be cancelled at any time with a 10-day notice. There is a 2-month minimum term for those taking advantage of Special Offer membership rates (50% off the first month).

Memberships are based on an auto-renewing monthly term. The autopay date will be on the same day of every month based on your membership start date. If you would like to change the autopay date, please email us at info@refineryfit.com.
All dues are payable monthly and shall be debited or charged by Electronic Funds Transfer (“EFT”) from an approved credit card. We do not accept cash or checks.
Membership cancellations must be made 10-days in advance of the next autopay. To cancel your membership, click here or email us at info@refineryfit.com.
Memberships may be upgraded or downgraded at any time by emailing us at info@refineryfit.com. Please provide at least 24-hours notice before your next autopay is due.
For those wanting to upgrade before the current autopay period is complete, we can prorate the difference between the two memberships to make the upgrade effective immediately.
Memberships may be frozen for a total of 14 days each calendar year for vacations. Each requested freeze must be at least 7 days. Extended freeze periods are allowed for an injury or illness lasting more than 14 days.

Memberships are available to individuals 14 years of age and older. Minors must have the consent of a parent or guardian.

CLASS POLICIES
Please be sure to check-in for all classes on the ipads at the front desk. While the app may automatically check you in for the class based on timing of your class booking, it is requested that you always check the ipad to make sure you have been checked in for class.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the start of your class. If you are not present at the start of class, you may risk losing your spot to someone on the waitlist or drop-ins.
Build & Burn
You will not be permitted to enter a class after the exercise demonstrations and warm up have been completed (once the music starts no late entrants)
Pure Strength
If you arrive after the warm up and first set of exercise demonstrations have been completed, you may be asked to wait to enter the training session until the next set of exercise demonstrations.
Class reservations canceled less than 4 hours before the start time are considered Late Cancellations.
Member Late Cancellation Penalties
All Training and Fitness Unlimited members receive 2 courtesy late cancellations per monthly autopay. Fitness 5 and 9 members receive 1 courtesy late cancellation per monthly autopay. After courtesy late cancellations are used up during an autopay period, a $5 late cancellation fee will be charged for subsequent late cancelations. All late cancelled classes will be added back the the member’s account.
Non-Member Late Cancellation and No-Show penalties
Non-members who purchase class visits will lose the class in the event of a late cancellation.
Classes not cancelled before the start of class are considered No-Shows.
Member No-Show Penalties
Members will incur a $10 fee for all no-show classes. No-show classes will be added back the the member’s account.

PRIVATE TRAINING POLICIES
Private training reservations canceled less than 24 hours before the start time are considered Late Cancellations.

Private training participants will be charged in full for the private training session in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.
Private training participants must be at least 14 years of age.
