Build lean muscle and burn fat with our high-intensity, full-body Build & Burn classes.  The perfect combination of HIIT cardio, strength, and core in a challenging 55-minute workout.  Workouts can be modified in intensity and weight for all fitness levels.

Maximum of 24 participants per class. Two trainers utilized for all classes.

Dedicated Equipment

Participants will rotate through training zones. Within training zones, participants will have their own dedicated equipment and cleaning supplies.

Class Times

On weekdays, classes are 55 minutes long and offered 7 times per day. On weekends, classes are 60 minutes long and offered 3 times per day.
