Build and Burn

High-intensity, full-body strength and cardio workout. During Phase 2, Classes are 50 minutes and feature four different training zones.  Two strength-based zones are dedicated to muscle building and toning. Two cardio zones utilizing treadmills, rowers, and bikes are designed for burning fat and increasing cardiovascular endurance.  Workouts can be modified in intensity and weight for all fitness levels.

Maximum of 12 participants per class. Two trainers utilized for all classes.

Dedicated Equipment

Participants will rotate through 4 training zones. Within training zones, participants will have their own dedicated equipment.

4X per week limit

During Phase 2, we request that Build and Burn visits be limited to no more than 4 classes per week.
