Station Order:
#1 Ski Erg
#2 Burpee Broad Jumps
#3 Farmer Carries
#4 Rower
#5 Sandbag Lunges
#6 Wall Balls

Each participant will start with a 1k run and begin at their first station of choice. After, they will move through the stations in numerical order, completing a 1k run before each station.
