Dr. Shona Forrester

Dr. Forrester received her Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from Life University in 2014. She has completed numerous internships within Life University's Center of Optimal Performance and Peak program at the Center of Health and Healing.

Her specialties include full spine adjusting, Cox Flexion-Distraction, posture management, physical therapy and functional rehabilitation as it pertains to pain management. As part of her treatment protocols, Dr. Forrester performs additional therapies including neuromuscular release, trigger point therapy, and therapeutic exercise.

Dr. Forrester is a faculty member and Certified American Heart Association CPR-AED BLS Instructor of CPR Training School of Northwest Georgia.  She received her Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Biology from Long Island University.  She is a a native of Jamaica, West Indies and currently resides in Marietta, Georgia.
