Dr. Shona Forrester
Dr. Forrester received her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Life University. She has completed numerous hours in clinical skills and internships within Life University’s Center of Optimal Performance and Peak program at the Center of Health and Healing.
Common Ailments Treated
Dr. Forrester's treatments include a combination of stretching, joint conditioning, and neuromuscular release. Common ailments treated include: Low back/sciatica pain, neck pain, hip/buttocks/waist pain, knee/leg/ankle pain, frozen shoulder, strains and sprains, and headaches.
