Neal Garner
Neal has been a leader in the fitness and performance training industry for over 25 years, training numerous professional athletes including:
- Andruw Jones - Atlanta Braves
- Quincy Carter - Chicago Cubs/Dallas Cowboys
- Kris Benson - New York Mets/Baltimore Orioles
- Jamal Lewis - Baltimore Ravens
- Jason Allen - Miami Dolphins
Neal honed his leadership and training skills playing college basketball at North Georgia College and by placing Top 50 in the National Power Lifting championships. These experiences taught him what it takes to become a great athlete.
Neal holds many training certifications including USA Weightlifting, Titleist Golf-TPI level 1 and 2, Tennis-ITPA-CTPS, Vertimax, TRX Suspension Training, NHCA-CPT, and ISSA-CPT.

Robert Cromartie

Robert Cromartie
Robert has been one of the most respected Speed and Agility coaches in the Southeast for the past 15 years.
Robert was a former standout cornerback for the University of Florida, starting as a true freshman. After a short NFL stint with the Arizona Cardinals, Robert joined XPE Sports as a Speed and Agility trainer where he assisted with NFL combine training.
Robert went on to become a partner at Dynamic Speed & Agility where he trained over 100 professional athletes and over 300 young athletes from elementary school to high school. Most recently, Robert has been the Speed and Agility specialist for the Windy Hill Tennis Academy.
In his spare time, Robert volunteers at the Boys and Girls Club and local elementary schools.
Laura Spooner

Laura Spooner
Laura is a veteran of the fitness industry with over 30 years of group fitness, personal training, nutrition coaching, and corporate fitness facility management experience. Prior to joining The Refinery team, she spent four years with Orangetheory Fitness in Coach and Head Coach roles.
Laura is passionate about fitness and nutrition having competed in several figure and Crossfit competitions, placing first in her age division multiple times. She holds many certifications including NASM personal training and NASM Nutrition.
Laura is married with three grown children and enjoys spending her spare time with her four grandchildren.
Kenyon Boatfield

Kenyon Boatfield
Kenyon was a two-sport athlete at Coosa High School in Rome, GA where he excelled in football and baseball. He graduated from Berry College with a degree in business administration and a focus in management.
Before joining the Refinery team, Kenyon spent 18 years at the Lovett School as an educator and strength and conditioning coach. He specialized in strength training and speed and agility with athletes in all sports, including football, baseball, wrestling, volleyball, softball, and golf.
Kenyon is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through NSCA. He continually seeks to improve and educate himself on the latest fitness research in order to better serve his clients and athletes of all ages and abilities.
In his spare time, Kenyon is passionate about strength training and physical fitness and enjoys running and playing tennis.
Ewa Radzikowska

Ewa Radzikowska
After recovering from her injuries, Ewa came to the US to play tennis at Oklahoma State University where she helped the Cowboys become Big XII champions while completing a degree in business. She has continued to compete on a national level winning several USTA gold balls including:
- 2015 & 2016 USTA Open 35 and Under National Champion
- 2015 USTA National 30 & Under Clay Court Singles, Doubles, and Mixed Doubles Champion
Ewa has spent the past 15 years coaching junior tennis players across the country. She is a NSCA - Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and enjoys working with young athletes "off the court" in order to improve their athletic skills and conditioning "on the court."

Amanda McCurdy

Amanda McCurdy
Amanda was a three-sport athlete in high school playing basketball, soccer, and softball. She went on to compete at the collegiate level as a soccer player for Clayton State University.
Amanda is a certified group fitness instructor and personal trainer. She loves strength training, particularly legs and glutes, and also has experience with balance and stability training.
In her spare time, Amanda enjoys the outdoors, traveling, reading, cooking and trying new foods.
CJ Cody

CJ Cody
CJ continued his football and track career at Lenior-Rhyne University, where he competed in the Division 2 National Championship in football. He was a conference finalist for the track team in the 110 and 400 hurdles and still holds the schools’ second fastest time in these two events. CJ graduated from Lenoir-Rhyne with a degree in Sports Management and a minor in Sociology.
CJ was mentored by retired NFL top 100 punt return specialist Billy “WhiteShoes” Johnson and Olympic/World Champion hurdler Terrance Trammel.
CJ is still pursuing his dream of playing professional football, and has participated in several Canadian Football League tryouts. He is also pursuing his NASM certification.
Chris Sickafoose

Chris Sickafoose
Chris was a three-sport athlete at Holy Spirit Prep competing in basketball, football, and track. He continued his athletic career as a track and field athlete at Spring Hill College where he threw shot put, discus, and hammer.
Prior to joining The Refinery team, Chris was a personal trainer at the Dunwoody Country Club where he worked with adults and youth athletes. He is an ACE certified trainer and is passionate about teaching proper form in order to build strength without injuries.
In his spare time, Chris enjoys movies and the outdoors, particularly hiking and paddle boarding.
Tanner Bolling

Tanner Bolling
Tanner attended Kennesaw State University where he graduated with a degree in Exercise Science in December 2018. While attending KSU, he worked at the KSU Sports and Recreation Center as a personal trainer and group exercise instruction. Tanner was awarded the KSU Super Training award in April 2018.
Tanner is an ACE certified training and is passionate about functional training in order to help clients of all ages build strength, power, and mobility that translates beyond the gym.
Allison Fisher

Allison Fisher
While at KSU she was a member of the Exercise Science Majors Club, National Society of Leadership and Success, and the American Muscle Fitness Club. Allison also volunteered with Kids Fit Strong and worked as a research assistant in the exercise physiology lab.
Patrick Lee

Patrick Lee
After a stellar high school football career, Patrick played collegiately at the United States Air Force preparatory school before injuries cut his career short. Patrick transferred to Kennesaw State University where he is currently pursuing a degree in sports marketing.
Patrick has attained his NASM certification and has experience training youth and adult athletes. He is passionate about working with youth athletes not only to help them become better athletes, but to teach them proper injury prevention techniques.
Patrick has become an avid runner, recently completing his first marathon despite pulling a muscle at mile 14.
Shaun Weeden

Shaun Weeden
Shaun was a standout three-sport athlete in high school where he played football, basketball, and ran track. He recently graduated with a degree in Exercise Science from Jacksonville State University where he played outside linebacker for the Ohio Valley Championship football team. While at Jacksonville State, he worked as a fitness instructor at the school’s wellness center and coached youth speed and agility camps during the summer.
Although Shaun’s first love was engineering and biomechanics, he is passionate about fitness and hopes to one day own his own gym. He is currently working towards a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification and enjoys working with young athletes at The Refinery.
Terrance Bulock

Terrance Bulock
Terrance attended Marietta High School where he excelled in football and baseball. He continued his football career at Kennesaw State University where he was a member of the school’s inaugural team. He graduated in 2018 with a degree in Integrative Studies with a concentration in Sports Management and Coaching.
Terrance enjoys working with young athletes both on and off the field. During the 2018 season, he interned as a Sprints and Relays coach for the GHSA State Champion Marietta High School Girl’s track team. He also dedicates his spare time to community service projects including mentoring high school kids and reading to elementary school students.
