Open gym

The Refinery offers members four open gym training areas.  The functional training area includes private workout pods featuring TRX training bays and cardio machines with crystal clear privacy screens. The strength training area features workout stations including power racks, dual adjustable pulleys, free weights, and other accessories. Our outdoor covered turf training area offers a unique training space with TRX bays, sleds, and free weights. Biocircuit, revolutionary circuit training technology, offers members a fully guided, customized strength and cardio workout.
